Hello, I payed for a PRO licence, but on "my account" page, it says "You do not have any licenses.". How am I supposed to get my licence ? Thanks.

Hi Chloe, I'm still trying to figure out how to get the licence key ; I provided my order number and my payment method (Paypal), but my account page still says that I don't have any licence key. Note that the section "Your orders" is also empty. As many of us here, Burp is my main working tool and I'm quite stuck in my work actually. If it may help, I also purchased a licence key with this Paypal account in 2021 but using another Portswigger account (which I can also provide by mail). Thanks in advance for your time.
