please I need certainty. 3 days ago I pay burp pro license with Paypal balance. my balance was deducted but until now I don't get my license. after pay, I got an email the subject look like "Oops Sorry! There was a problem with your order" with content "This can take up to 24 hours but we aim to do ASAP. This usually happens if you have used a non business email account to make payment" after that, I try to contact and you say "I am sorry it appears that your payment is incomplete, please check this with Paypal" then I reply with TransactionID,Ordernumber and try contact in many ways. how long i will wait? what happened here, let me know!

Your order had been flagged for manual review, this has now been completed and you should be able to see the license in your account.
