Hello, I am going through the lab and I have problems to find the correct parameters for post requests. For example in "'Blind OS command injection with out-of-band data exfiltration" I do not see "email" parameter in the post request but only a [object FormData] parameter. Is this the correct behavior?

Yes, and I get a "Failed to submit feedback: Missing parameter" , however every filed is filled out (seemingly) correctly.

We've just tested the lab and we couldn't reproduce your issue. Could you send a screenshot of the error message to support@portswigger.net?

Thanks. From the screenshot it looks like you're using an older version of Firefox. Could you try updating to the latest version?
