Using Montoya API How do I insert Text String into the Request Editor?

I have the context menu working... but I can't figure out how to insert some text. Looking for a Current java Montoya example of inserting Text into the Request Editor. Goal is to replace a selection, or simply insert text where the caret is. Thanks

To clarify insert text into the "Repeater" Request pane.

Hi I'm sorry, there isn't a way to insert text wherever the current selection or cursor happens to be. You can send a request to Repeater using the Montoya API, which will create a new tab. You can also create custom request tabs on the message editor: https://github.com/PortSwigger/burp-extensions-montoya-api-examples/tree/main/customrequesteditortab I hope this helps.
