updating burp failed

hi sir , so i worked for company that have burp pro(version burpsuite_pro_linux_v2023_3_2.sh ) and i want to download latest update of burp pro in my pc (kali linux) but failed , only the burp version installed already by my company can be executed so this the capture for the dowlaod of last version : ./burpsuite_pro_linux_v2023_10_1.sh gzip: sfx_archive.tar.gz: not in gzip format I am sorry, but the installer file seems to be corrupted. If you downloaded that file please try it again. If you transfer that file with ftp please make sure that you are using binary mode. sir it's so urgent to dowwload last version for turbo intruder

Hi Can you please try redownloading the Installer again? Are you downloading it directly on the machine or copying and transferring it to the machine you are using Burp on?

as i said i worked for company that have already a kali installed with burp pro (burpsuite_pro_v2023.3.2)with version so download the last version but can't installed it (burpsuite_pro_linux_v2023_10_1)

Hi, Just to confirm my previous questions - have you attempted to download the installation file from our release page (here - https://portswigger.net/burp/releases) more than once and is this a persistent issue? In addition to the above, are you downloading the installation file directly onto your Kali machine or are you downloading it elsewhere and then transferring it to your Kali machine? Out of interest, if you download and install the latest stable release (from here -https://portswigger.net/burp/releases/professional-community-2023-9-4?requestededition=professional) does this exhibit the same behaviour or does this allow you to successfully install Burp?
