Unknown host

Hey guys, After i vpn network to remote company, lots of time i'm getting error from burp like this "Unknown host: www.google.com". By the way after vpn i have also internet connection because when i remove burp proxy settings on my browser after i can reach all. Normally burp is working great but when i vpn network it's not working. What's the problem ? Note: i'm using burp generally conf, i did not enter any custom things and i don't think this problem is related my burp version (2020 .v2)

Hi, Just to confirm, when you do not use the VPN Burp works fine and you are able to proxy sites successfully? When you connect to the VPN are you seeing the Unknown host error on all sites or is it just some? Does the error appear all of the time or just occasionally? Do you know whether the VPN that you are connecting to is a full tunnel or split tunnel VPN?
