Unknown Host

Hello, Please help me out. Trying to use Burp on my firefox and it keeps on giving me "Unknown Host" error. Please, what do i do?

Hi, The 'Unknown Host' error generally occurs when Burp cannot resolve a domain name to an IP address. Are you able to answer the following questions for us please so we can find out a bit more about your scenario: - Is this happening for every site that you try and proxy or just certain ones? - Are you able to access these sites in your normal browser, on the same machine as Burp, if you remove Burp from the loop i.e. if you are not proxying via Burp? - Do you normally connect to the internet via a proxy (this can be the case in a lot of corporate environments)?
