Under Intercept, the buttons Forward, Drop and Actions are disabled. Intercept is on.

Hi Under Intercept, the buttons Forward, Drop and Actions are disabled. Intercept is on. I'm using community edition of Burp. Build version- burpsuite_community_windows-x64_v2021_2_1.exe

I would like to add one more point. I am able to intercept the requests. But the Intercept button is not turning Orange. And the buttons Forward, Drop and Actions are disabled. Intercept on/off button is working.
