Unable to upgrade BURP on the latest version release last week

I am at unable to install 2020.4 update

Are you able to provide us with some details of what issues you are encountering when you try to perform the upgrade process from within Burp Enterprise?

Basically when I go tot update section it never shows me new update version if I try to find new version it gives no error but says that older version is the latest version

Hi Brian, Can you please send us screenshots and further information via email? support@portswigger.net Can you also select 'Check for updates' on the Enterprise server and send the latest log files (enterpriseServer.log and webServer.log)? The log files are located at /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Mac/Linux and C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows.

I have tried again and able to upgrade the enterprise server but not the scanner Please suggest what should I do?

Can you send us some log files? Do you see any errors in the UI? Have you tried using the Updater tool here? https://portswigger.net/burp/releases
