Unable to reactivate my license, even after removing it from one of the virtual machine

Hi Team, I had added my license for more than 1 VMs and was trying to add it to another VM as well for my usage but unable to do so. It throws error message "No more activation is allowed for this license". I understand that a single user can use one license in multiple VMs for his/her usage but it seems it is not working for me. I tried to delete my license in one of the machines but now it seems I am unable to reactivate my license. kindly help

Hi Priyanka, Are you able to send us an email to support@portswigger.net and include the first six characters from the license key that you are using so that we can take a look at this for you?
