Unable to launch burp suite pro in GUI mode

Hi, I was able to install the burp suite pro but i'm unable to launch it. Every time I try to run the suite, the splash screen opens for 2 seconds and then app is closed. Kindly help me with a way out.

Hi, Are you able to provide us with some more details of the setup that you are currently using? Could you confirm the following: 1. What Operating System are you running Burp on 2. Are you running the installed version or the standalone Jar file 3. Are you able to provide us with the specification of the machine that you are using (RAM and processors) 4. Are you accessing this machine directly or are you using some kind of remote desktop software 5. Are any crash reports being reported in the operating system itself when Burp closes

Hi, 1. Windows 10 2. I'm running the version shared in my profile. 3. 8GB RAM and Core i5 intel processor. 4. I'm accessing it directly. 5. NO such crash reported by OS.
