unable to get the category paramter while intercepting

I am unable to get the category parameter while intercepting using burp in the SQL Union Attack Lab

firstly i went to the lab and clicked on a category in the lab and i turned on the interceptor then i modified the category parameter by replacing the value with union select null. then i added null values like this-'UNION SELECT NULL,NULL,NULL--. But everytime it is showing invalid request header

Try using the format '+UNION+SELECT+NULL,NULL--

ok it means I have to add null values like this='+UNION+SELECT+NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,-- ???
