Unable to enable https

Hi team, I try to upload the company's ssl cert to enable the https feature but got an error after I upload the cert and click on green check icon, the error message I got is "Failed to update Web Server settings", I installed the BurpSuite Enterprise in AWS EC2 instance, is there a way that I can ssh to the instance and manually add the cert? or it can only be done via UI? please advise, thanks. Note: 1. The cert is P12 format. 2. The cert password is correct.

Hi What version of Burp Suite Enterprise you are using and which OS are you using? Could you email the log files to us using support@portswigger.net so we can take a closer look, please? By default these are in C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows and /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition/ on Linux. There is a separate log file for each day, and the current day's log file does not contain a date. If you can, please replicate the issue then send us the latest log files.
