Unable to download any file while browser point to burp proxy

Hi, I'm facing an issue with downloading the files when I connect to burp proxy, Unable to download any file while browser point to burp proxy, after I remove the proxy I am able to download it. Thank you.

Thanks for your message. Are there any errors in Burp when this happens? Can you share an example of one of the sites where you see this issue, please?

Hi, I don't see any errors in burp event logs, The example is when I configure the browser proxy (Firefox) to burp listening port and I will turn off the intercept in burp, after I try to download any file from any website of the site start loading download URL but unable to download its loading... and loading... When I try by changing browser proxy configuration to default/normal, I'm able to download the file.

We've not been able to replicate this issue here I'm afraid. How big is the file you are trying to download? Could you send us a screen recording showing the issue and the settings you have on the Proxy -> Options tab and also send us the output from Help->Diagnostics so we can take a closer look, please? If you can email those over to support@portswigger.net that will help us see what is happening.
