unable to access "arcgis.com" url in Burp suite

Hi Team, After i set proxy in browser and access my application am unable to access few functionalities which required third party site/libraries . Brief about issue: To access GIS functionality in my application i need to keep open third party url (arcgis.com) in other tab of the browser. Then after i configured proxy and access the application using burp that specific third party url is throwing error " failed to connect to arcgis.com:443" . after checking with our developers they suggested a solution mentioned below. The GIS Map viewer internally referring to ESRI JavaScript libraries (third party libraries) that are hosted on ArcGIS.com site (online). The root cause of the issue is that the proxy set in the browser or Burp is not able to connect to ArcGIS site and hence GIS viewer is not launching the web map. If you can configure Burp or other security testing tool to have a proxy that allows access to *.arcgis.com from OUAF application, the GIS viewer should work seamlessly. Now we cannot configure or bypass this specific url in burp to access the functionality. Kindly help us with this. Thanks in advance.

Can you access example.com with Burp configured with your browser? Is your system behind a corporate proxy? If so you may need to configure this as an upstream proxy: - https://support.portswigger.net/customer/portal/articles/2363078-burp-suite-options-upstream-proxy-servers Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. Yes our system is under corporate proxy and We have tried the solution suggested by you in the link provided, But still we are unable to access the "arcgis.com" url from burp. We are getting same 443 error. We have tried importing CA certificate also but that even didn't resolve the issue. Is there any other solution which you can suggest us? To be brief again, I am elaborating my issue and requirement below. My requirement is i need to open two URL's (My application url and 3rd party url ) in same browser, Because there is dependency on the 3rd party url to access certain feature in my application. Here i am able to access my application url configuring it via burp where has burp is denying and getting 443 error while access 3rd url. With the above settings am not able to open "Google.com" page also. Thanks in advance
