There was a problem processing an update

I'm on Enterprise 2020.11. Clicking on "Check for Updates" gives me this error "There was a problem processing an update". MY license is associated with my email address, and I've emailed Portswigger Team from that email address - no concerns flagged with licensing. My Enterprise server and proxy is configured correctly. I am able to reach portswigger.net on 443. Even tried wget https://portswigger.net/Burp/Releases/CheckForUpdates and got 200 OK response. Please advise.

You can manually download updates from your PortSwigger account. Then use the "Upload ZIP file" button to upload the update. - https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/enterprise/administration-tasks/managing-updates Could you give this a try and let us know if it helps. Thanks.
