There was a problem checking your license

There was a problem checking your license even after enabling 443 firewall rule. Please suggest how can I solve this

Hi Kamalakar, Is the Burp Enterprise license that you are using the same one that is tied to the email address that you used to post this message? If so, that license has already been used on an existing installation. Essentially each Burp Enterprise license will allow for one installation/activation of the core Enterprise server. Once the activation has been used then any attempt at a future activation will result in the error message that you are currently observing. Are you able to clarify this?
