I get this error message when putting in my license: > The supplied license key was not recognized. Please try re-entering your license key. Normally I would see an option to do an off-line or manual license activation. But my only input fields are 1) the text box 2) "Select license key file..." 3) "Cancel" 4) "Next". That is it. I have a screenshot

Thanks for your message. Can you send a copy of the screenshot, along with details of the account linked to the license you are using or the first 10-15 characters of the license key to support@portswigger.net so we can take a closer look at this for you, please?
