the burp Collaborator server used by the burp Collaborator client is not reachable

An HTTPS connection to the capture server at ck0vpewy7kl5t59tkxbxxe56axgautebie7.oastify.com could not be opened. Communication using other protocols did work; possibly a firewall is preventing this connection. No connections to the polling server at polling.oastify.com could be opened. The collaborator will not work in this configuration. My firewall is closed. How can I solve this? Thank you

Thanks for your message. Are you able to browse to http://oastify.com from a browser that is not proxied via Burp? When you say your firewall is closed, do you mean you have no firewall running, or do you have a firewall running that is blocking some access?

Hi Beniamino, As my colleague has mentioned further up this forum thread, are you able to successfully browse to http://oastify.com from a browser, that is not proxied via Burp, on the machine that you are using?
