suite-wide level traffic blacklist

Hope to add a scope blacklist option."Don't send items to Proxy history or other Burp tools, if in scope black list". and take effect before any other rules that filte traffic. if we just don't want to see noises like those: https://shavar.services.mozilla.com/downloads?client=navclient-auto-ffox&appver=60.0&pver=2.2 https://start.firefoxchina.cn/js/worldindex/main-min.js?v=20171113v2 the only way I can find out is: add any to "include in scope" and add the urls that don't want to see to "exclude from scope". then enable "Don't send items to Proxy history or other Burp tools, if out of scope " option . that's not a good idea, because the scope is not we wanted. the option "Don't send items to Proxy history or other Burp tools, if out of scope " is like a white list. minimize the scope and see only items in scope. but in some situation ,the scope is hard to define. (eg. a large website contains many other domains).
