Stuck at "Auditing. Estimating Time Remaining"

I ran a full system scan and my scan has been stuck on the "Auditing. Estimating Time Remaining" message. The requests have not increased. I let it run for over 24 hours. How do I find out where the issue is?

Hi Donavon, If you click the 'View details' link next to your scan on the Dashboard tab of Burp then this should open up a new dialog containing some specific details about the scan. Are we able to get the following screenshots from within here (you can send us an email at support@portswigger.net and include the screenshots there): - Can we get a screenshot of the 'Details' tab - Can we get a screenshot of the 'Audit items' tab (it would be useful to try and sort this via the 'Status' column so that we can see what URLs are currently being worked on at the point the scan is stalled) - Can we get a screenshot of the 'Event log' tab (if you could enable the 'Debug' filter in here by clicking it so that we can see all of the events associated with the scan) - Can we get a screenshot of the 'Logger' tab (if you could sort the requests so that the latest requests are at the top of the screen so that we can see what the last few requests/responses that have been sent are) Have you attempted to run this scan more than once (just to rule out any transient issue) and, if so, does the scan appear to stall at a similar point each time? Are you also able to provide us with your diagnostic information (via the Help -> Diagnostics menu item) so that we can see the setup that you are running?
