Strange files created during installation

During the installation of BurpSuite CE on Windows 11, four files were created on my desktop. They are all named with 10-25 Chinese characters, and no file extensions. The files then disappeared. I saw the files pop up in my File Explorer window, long enough to take a screen shot, right click, choose properties, and see the file location was OneDrive/Desktop. When navigating to my desktop folder the files were not there. I downloaded Burp from the PortSwigger site, matched the hash, did a virus scan of the file before installation. Post install a system wide malware scan is negative. I monitor my network traffic, and there is nothing suspicious there. Are any temp files created during the installation with Chinese characters??? Thanks.
