Stop Crawl/Audit from freezing

Greetings- After working great for a few months, now EVERY crawl and audit freezes after about 5 minutes. I can close and restore project and it continues to run for a few minutes and then freezes again. It then sits at "unauthenticated crawl. 5hr estimated time remaining." I increased logger memory, changed to a much beefier Windows Server engineering workstation and same error occurs. I then installed the February 2021 Burp Suite Pro and it worked fine. Is there an issue on Windows between the two versions? Can it be mitigated if there is? Thanks!

Hi Frank, Do you know which version of Burp you encountered these issues with? Just to clarify, after you have updated to a later of version of Burp the scanning is now working as expected for you? Which particular version are you now using?

Hi- The freezing occurred with the current version, 2021.5.1. The "fix" was to drop back to 2021.2.1, which allows me to finish a full crawl/audit. Thanks!
