Some requests don't include session cookies

Hi, portswiggers, I have an issue which might be just some misconfiguration, but I am not sure what am I doing wrong. I am talking about scanner functionality. I set the session option to include authentication cookie plus I added some macro for validation. Session is being handled nicely. My problem is that some (well, more than half) requests don't include any cookies at all, so I don't get correct responses. While other requests include this cookie and work as intended. Even when I don't use the session handling and hard-code the actual cookie to be sent with every request, it is not being sent in many of them ... Is there something I am missing? Thank you
