Solved Labs do not update Solved status.

Applesnacks | Last updated: May 31, 2020 05:14PM UTC

I've been solving some of the vulnerability labs and have received confirmation each time, within the lab, that my solution has been accepted. However, outside of the lab, the status of the labs I've solved remains unsolved. During each solution, I've been logged in to my account. The more labs I complete, the more bothersome the lack of record of completed labs will become, since I'll become more prone to unintentionally revisiting labs I've already completed. Given the many entries on the leaderboard, I know this issue is not universal.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We are currently investigating an issue with the new labs and will aim to release a fix as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience. This issue should now be resolved. Can you please attempt the lab (or labs) again and let me know if you have any issues?

Hello, I am having the same problem. The labs are getting solved but this is not updated in the main dashboard. Thank you.

Hi, We are aware of a new issue that is impacting the Web Academy and is preventing newly solved labs from showing up in users' progress. We are currently investigating the issue and will update you when we have produced a fix.

Hi, We just wanted to confirm that the issue with the Web Academy labs is now fixed and labs that are solved from this point onwards will be saved in your account progress. Unfortunately, this does mean that you will have to redo any labs that were solved whilst this issue was present. We apologise for this inconvenience.

same problem, completing the workshops does not update the level, it remains at "Solve 15 more labs to become an apprentice."

Hi Axel, We are not aware of any similar issues being reported currently. Just to clarify the situation, you believe that you have solved more than 37 Apprentice level labs but this is not being reflected in the total listed under your account or are you referring to something else? Do you recall which lab(s) you have recently solved that have not been added to your total so that we can take a look at this?
