Smart decode is not smart

The smart decoder is not working anymore for even simple base64 payloads. Please debug the issue and let me know. Thanks, Rod

Yep I just pasted a base64 into the box, clicked "Smart decode" and nothing. Is that not how "Smart decode" supposed to work? Or it simple doesn't work? Either way it's pretty pathetic, design or impl.

burp suite smart decode still doesnt do anything in new purple burp, is that how smart decode supposed to work ?
