session timeout extention usage documentation

session timeout test extension is present in burp both in community and professional version, After installation how should i use it, Or what is the procedure to use this extension and how to view output. on internet only git repository of extension is seen but clear usage instructions is not available please help

Hi, You can see what the extension does in the description: "This extension attempts to determine how long it takes for a session to timeout at the server. It issues the same request multiple times with increasing delays until a configured string appears in the response." To use it, simply select a request > right-click > Extensions > Test for Session Timeout > Configure the timeout and then select 'START TEST'
