Send input parameter to external script

I'm looking for ways for me to actually right click on part of a screen like repeater tab or intruder tab, right click -> send to a custom extension. The extension will actually take in an input parameter, from the text highlighted, use an external script or binary file to do the processing and send the output back to Burpsuite. Alternatively, there's a text field, 1. allows me to enter something as input parameter 2. I press send 3. It will send the request to the external script which I have specified. 4. After that it show the output on the screen itself.

Hi. HAve you checked out the BApp Store extension, "Custom Send To"? It seems like it may fit your use case.
