Scanner errors, but logs show no errors

PG | Last updated: Jan 31, 2017 11:12PM UTC

Running Burp Pro 1.7.16. I'm attempting to do an active scan against selected values in a PUT request. Here is an example of the data. {"notes":"Test","userN":"pentest"} I've marked "Test" and "pentest" in Intruder ({"notes":"§Test§","userN":"§pentest§"}) and sent it to Active scan. After 2 requests, the scanner will abandon the scan with a message about too many errors. The error column shows no errors and when I logged the traffic, I see proper requests and responses. Any one see this before that can over some advice? Thank you.

It's possible that Burp is running into an internal error, not an issue with network connections. Please can you email support@portswigger.net with your debug ID (at User options / Misc / Performance feedback) and we'll investigate whether we have any errors logged for your instance of Burp? Thanks.
