Scanner doesn't report previously found issues

When performing a second crawl and audit on the same website, the issues are not included in the results. The detail show that issues have been found in the app header, but they aren't loaded in the results. You'd have to close burp and run the scan again, which isn't ideal for many reasons.

Issue consolidation is an intended feature of Burp. You can view all of the issues associated with a specific site by going to your site map.

That doesn't make sense, as the UI shows 'issues found' but no issues appear in the details. This isn't an indended feature, this is a bug ;) There is no value in having an API available in the pro version is scans initiated don't return the full results. In fact, if you have burp running on a server (which is why you have an API, right?) and do a new scan on the same burp instance running, running a new scan a week later will return zero issues. This is flawed, not a feature...
