Scan will not complete

I have been monitoring a scan that was started at 4:30 yesterday (9/10) and it has not made it further than the first Active phase. The request count has stalled at 12,924. I am running BurpSuite Professional v 2021.8.2. I have restarted the scan (yesterday) for this reason and it appears to be stalled. I have seen others report this and have not seen any helpful steps to resolve the issue. Please help

Please would you be able to email the below to support@portswigger.net and we will take a look for you.
  • Scan event log (Click "View details" on the scan on the dashboard > Event log > Enable 'Debug' filter)
  • Information about the application you are scanning, what type of site is it, the structure, any authentication?
  • Copy of your scan configs for the crawl and audit phases (Menu bar > Burp > Configuration library > Export)
  • Any relevant screenshots from the UI
