Scan Stalling

I am trying to run a scan and it gets to a point where it will stall and there will be no progress and it will say "Auditing. Estimating time remaining... 10d" I am on the latest version 2021.5. Is there something I should look for? An error code or anything that would help point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Hi Josh, Are you able to provide us with your diagnostic information (from the Help -> Diagnostics menu item) so that we can find out a little bit more about the setup that you have? In addition to the above, is this an issue that you encounter for all sites that you try and scan or is it just happening with one site in particular?

Hi Ben, I just ran the same scan another site and it has also stalled and gives me a 10 day estimated finish period. I can provide the diagnostics, where would you like them sent?
