Scan options is disabled

Hello, i'm using Kali Linux & it's installed in my Disk ( Dual Boot )i recently downloaded the Community Edition Burpsuite & sadly i'm still having the " SCAN " option Disabled. I can use " New Live Scan " Command but even if i capture with the intercepter Scan options still disabled
