Response not coming for the request passing through Burp

Hi Team, We are testing an iWatch application and routed the traffic from iPhone to our burpsuite. The issue is that we can see the URLs passing through Burp, but there is no response coming back. In the alerts, we are getting "Failed to connect to site:443". We are using VPN to access the application and for other website over HTTPs, also we are getting response for iPhone application when we are not passing through Burp. Thanks

It sounds like Burp is not able to make a network-level connection to the site in question. Perhaps the outbound traffic from Burp isn't going via your VPN. If you use a browser on the Burp machine to connect to the same URLs, does it work?
