replace license file

Hello, My company has purchased a 6-user license file to be used by its empoloyees. What can we do in the event of an employee quitting or being fired, so that that employee will not be able to use that license? Is there a way to replace the existing license file (a copy of which is used by the above mentioned employee), and redistribute the license to the remaining users? Thank you in advance.

Hi Apostolis, Yes, you can do exactly that. If you contact us we can arrange for a new license to be issued, and your old license to be terminated. Normally we'd only recommend doing this if the departure is high-risk in some way.
