Hi Could you provide some more information on what you're trying to do? If you're using an HTTP response editor, then there should be response rendering built-in as part of the tab options available.

Hello Hannah, I'm creating an extension that edits and renders the response., but I can't find a way to render the response like Burp. I was hoping to know if there's any Burp Java method that would enable me to do that.

At what stage are you editing the response? If you are doing this as part of a proxy response handler or an HTTP handler, then the edited response should be available in the UI. On the various message editors in Burp, for responses, there is a render tab that displays the page. You can implement this message editor yourself by creating an "HttpResponseEditor".
