redirect response from the server

How can I edit a value in the request, and receive the response without it being sent to the site, but just for me. Because I need to see a value in the response without changing it on the site, but every time I change the request to see the response it changes on the site.

Hi Pedro, Are you able to provide us with more details of what you are trying to achieve? If you do not send the request to the destination web server then you are not going to receive a response so, on the face of it, we do not quite understand what your ultimate goal is here.

for example imagine a site with a mine game, you have to hit all the cards where you don't have the mine, if you hit the mine then you lose. At the time of clicking to choose the letter is sent a request that I can change to choose the letter I want, and the response of this request will return me whether it is a mine or not, but the moment I intercept the response it changes the value on the site.I wonder if I can intercept the response without changing the value on the site, in a way that I can redirect the response to another place before it interferes with the Front End.
