Record 4xx requests

Hello, I'm playing around with BURP in proxy mode and noticed it does not record requests that gets a 4xx reponse (404, 401, ...). When I check the scope, I see all requets made towards a host except 4xx I couldn't find in the settings where to enable this. Any pointer ?

Hi Are you looking in the "Proxy > HTTP History" tab for your 4xx requests or in your "Target > Site map" tab?

Hi Hannah, I'm looking in Target > Site map. I didn't tried the Proxy > HTTP History, but seems that could work thanks ! I believe though that it could make sense to display in the site map pages that returns some 4xx like 401 (Authorization Needed)

If you're looking in the Site Map, then you will need to adjust your filter as it excludes 4xx responses by default. You can find the filter bar at the top of the Site Map page. Please let me know if you continue to have any issues!
