Reactivating the license on every start

I installed BurpSuite Pro an a Windows Server. I do not have a profile on this Server. When i log on, there will be created a new temporary profile. Everytime i start Burpsuite, i must activ it again. Today there is a message: No morew activations alowed for this license. What to do?

Hi, Burp stores the activation information against the machine user that has performed the installation/activation process. If you are given a new user each time you login then Burp is not going to be able to persist this information and you will be requested to activate each time you try and use Burp. Whilst we can provide additional activations, this is not really going to be a long term viable solution to the activation not persisting on this machine. Is it possible to alter how this works on your side by having access to a permanent user on this machine when you install and use Burp?

I create a local user an the Server. With local profil. The user install BurpSuitePro. What are the next steps?

Hi, I have added some additional activations onto your license key - can you activate Burp using the user that you have setup and confirm that this does then persist the activation information when you shutdown and restart the machine?
