Re-Activation Failed

Burp suddenly shut down and asked that I enter a license key again. Could this be the same problem described in this post: https://forum.portswigger.net/thread/activation-error-3032e779632de13377e Even after entering a license that should remain valid until next year, I am still getting the message of "Activation Failed."
