Purge out of scope requests from proxy history

I like the new feature to allow me to not save out of scope requests to the proxy history and target tab. What I'd like is to also have the ability to purge out of scope requests that are already stored in history. Back in the day in was possible to do this by selecting the option not to save out of scope requests in the backup file. Then I could close/re-open burp and restore state to purge. Since backups are done continuously, there doesn't seem to be a way to purge the proxy history. The reason behind this request is that I frequently don't know the full scope of the application until after running a lot of tests. It would be nice to be able to capture all traffic, review, modify scope if necessary, and then purge. A second, much lower priority feature would be the ability to filter for "out of scope" requests, especially in the Target tab.

Thanks for your feedback. We are developing a feature to save a copy of your project file including only in-scope items, which will let you do the same workflow that you did previously by saving state files only for in-scope items. We're aiming to have this feature available within the next few weeks.
