Proxy listener with redirect deleted, but redirection still occurring for all Burp proxy listeners.

Hello. I've run into some strange, extremely disruptive Burp Suite behavior: In one of my Burp projects, I created a proxy listener set to redirect traffic from 127.0.0.1:8080 -> 127.0.0.1:8081. I've since deleted this proxy listener. Regardless, Burp still attempts to forward all traffic from all listeners to 127.0.0.1:8081. Rebooting my machine did not resolve the issue. Creating a new Burp project with default options did not resolve the issue. When I try to navigate to a web site in a browser pointed to any Burp proxy listener, all web requests fail with an error stating that Burp failed to connect to 127.0.0.1:8081. I'm using Burp Suite Professional v2022.1.1.

Thanks for your message, Mike. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue you have encountered. Could you try deleting the instance of Burp from your machine and reinstalling a clean version? - https://portswigger.net/burp/releases
