proxy connection

When I change my internet proxy, my internet fails to connect, and Burp Suite can't intercept any information. What can I do? Thanks

I have same problem, I install the certificate and set up a proxy in all interface mode using your instructions and still my internet fails to connect on android device. android device and laptop are connected to same wifi network. I used wireshark and see the traffic coming from my android device trying establish TCP to laptop but that`s it! nothing happens on burpsuit

I follow the guides you mention exactly, I also test the certificate on a genymotion and then install it on my android device but still not internet

Hi Dorna, you mentioned your laptop previously, are you able to proxy traffic that is browsed using your Laptop? Also, do you have any network protections that could be interfering with the communication?
