Problems with the proxy in firefox in a macos catalina

I have been solving the labs of sqli, but in the time response with information retrival, when I activate my foxy proxy extension or when I configure the proxy manually on firefox I get the message The proxy server is rejecting connections, and I have tried everything since uninstalling firefox, extensions, cleaning cache, but I can not keep solving labs because I can not activate the proxy, If anyone knows what I can do, thanks a lot.

Hi Andres, Are you able to provide us with some screenshots of what you have setup in your Firefox proxy settings and what you have configured under the Proxy listener settings within Burp so that we can see exactly what is configured?
