Problems activating an account

Dear support, We have a professional licence, but we are having problems to activate that. We have had to use the licence in non-persistent virtual machines, so the licence were activated several times, now the activation process says that we have riched the maximum number of activations. Could you help us to restart or delete the current activations? In that way, we will be able to activate the licence again. Now we are trying to activate the licence in a persistent virtual machine, so we think we won´t have this problem again. Thank you so much. Best regards, Diana
