problem trusting a secured connection to https://perfdata.portswigger.net//feedback/submit

BurpSuite Enterprise has been intermittently, about 4 times a day, sending out a email notification of an error/warning which I can't figure out by looking at the logs why? I can't find anything in the forums and any help would be highly appreciated. Below is the error: ---- Hello There is a problem with Burp Suite Enterprise Edition. Attention needed: There was a problem trusting a secured connection to the URL below. https://perfdata.portswigger.net:443//feedback/submit

It looks like an issue with the secure connection between your Burp Enterprise server and portswigger.net.

Please can you send an email to support@portswigger.net, including the below information? And we will take a look for you.
  • Is network access to portswigger.net on port 443 enabled for the Burp Enterprise server machine?
  • Screenshots of the network settings page
  • Support Pack logs (Settings > Support Pack > Set max date range > Download)
