Port Swigger Academy ranking is not updating.

Hi. I noticed I solved like 7 labs, but my position in the hall of fame didn't change. I solved like 5 apprentice and 2 practitioner labs. It's already been 2 weeks without updating, I guess. Is the hall of fame bugged?

Hi Ezau We have changed the way the Hall of Fame refreshes, it is now done once a day (we are working on updating the information that says it refreshes every 15 minutes) but it is working. Have you tried filtering by topic?

I confirm the problem. I have solved 20-30 labs for 2 weeks. My rank haven't updated yet.

Hi both, Upon investigation, there do appear to be some errors associated with the task that updates the Hall of Fame. The development team are currently looking into this issue to try and identify the cause and, if required, produce a fix to resolve the issue. We will try and update this forum thread when we have more information for you.

Hi both, The team have carried out their investigation and the result is that certain lab categories are not being considered when the update process is being carried out, which will be impacting the ranking of users and would explain why your rank is not increasing. We have created a fix for this and this should be going out in one of our next website releases (hopefully the next release we carry out but if not, the release after that).
