payload set

I am using burp community edition and i am trying to select second payload set in intruder > payloads > payload sets > payload set: but that isn't working no 2nd payload set to select

The number of payload sets you can use is dependent on the type of attack you are attempting to perform. I presume you are using a sniper attack, which is why you are limited to one payload set.
