On installation of Burp Suite Enterprise Edition on my Mac I am getting an error

The error says Unknown installation problem. Failed to connect to enterprise server.

The Enterprise server needs to access portswigger.net on port 443 activate your license and perform automatic software updates. For the best experience, we recommend allowing this access throughout your ongoing usage of the software, not only during initial installation. Yes I can access this site. I do not have any configurations blocking outbound access to any internet sites.

Could you email us with a screenshot of the error message (suppport@portswigger.net)? Could you also provide us with the OS you are using and the steps to replicate the issue?
