Offline Activation

Good morning We installed this software on a system for testing, but then were asked to rip it off and install it on a different box (Server). We did use the function in the GUI to remove License. Hoping this actually worked. Our current issue is the Server we are installing it on now does not allow for Internet Access. I went through the manual process from my desktop to get the Activation Code from the URL for manual installation. However, when I copy the "Response" over to the server and import to the manual installation screen, the Activation Fails. I appreciate any support/advice you can provide to get this application installed.
